Article 2: Acceptance of the terms Placing an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer. Article 3: Services offered Resonance Sound Design offers the following services: Sound identity: Creation of personalized sound logos. Intro music (Jingle): Composition of jingles for different media. Video game audio design: Providing music and sound effects tailored for video games. Sale of sound design kits: Offers of sound packs for professionals and amateurs. Article 4: Orders Orders can be placed: Via our website. By email at the address contact@resonancesounddesign.com. Article 5: Prices The prices of the services are indicated in euros including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but commits to applying the rates in effect at the time of order registration. Article 6: Payment Payment is made: By credit card through a secure system. By bank transfer upon request. Payment is due upon order. The order will only be validated after full payment has been received. Article 7: Delivery Delivery times are indicated at the time of order. They may vary depending on the nature of the services. Resonance Sound Design commits to respecting the announced deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond its control. Article 8: Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the applicable legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of the order, without having to provide any justification. Article 9: Intellectual Property The creations made by Resonance Sound Design (music, logos, etc.) remain the exclusive property of the Seller until full payment of the order is received. From the moment of payment, the Client obtains a non-exclusive and definitive right to use the provided creations for kit sales, and a completely exclusive and definitive right for custom creations. Article 10: Liability The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services provided. In the event of a dispute, the Seller's liability will be limited to the total amount of the order, to the extent permitted by law. Article 11: Disputes The present General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Vosges.
